Something magical happens when you add honey to ice cream… it provides mellow sweetness with a light floral note on the palate 🍯 Our baklava ice cream is infused with warm cinnamon and cardamom before whisking in honey and a little golden syrup to create the signature flavours of a baklava syrup 🍨
After churning, we mix in sweet toasty nut clusters made from whole almonds and pecan nuts, and to finish it off we swirl in a little homemade salted caramel 🤤
