Being a PHIC fan, I knew the ice cream cake was going to be good, but I didn’t expect this.
It is one of the best ice creams I have tasted. The chocolate layer is high quality, and they didn’t skimp on the biscuits in the filling.
The ice cream is rich and creamy, better than non-vegan ice creams I had before.
This cake is absolutely worth it.
I hope it makes its way into the permanent cake list, not just limited edition.
