What began as an accidental experiment with a gifted machine quickly became a hit at local markets. Seeing the potential, Paul teamed up with his friend Josh to turn his creative, late-night batches into the Paul’s Homemade Ice Cream brand.

In 2014, Paul launched his brand to fill a gap in the market for premium, creative ice cream. The immediate, enthusiastic response from fans remains the brand's heartbeat today, driving a commitment to making high-quality and playful desserts accessible to everyone.
